Am I the only one wondering why Lance Gross isn't recognized in mainstream Hollywood? After all he is young, handsome, and (from what little we've seen) seems to be a decent actor. Yet he is only confined to unnoticiable roles in obscure black projects. I thought I'd post an aritcle that wonders the same thing about the lack of young leading black men in Hollywood.
