My third or fourth time reading this board lately, I thought that his name sounded familiar. Sierra played Felix Barbosa in Bill Duke's Deep Cover. This used to be my favorite film awhile ago, although I am now reevaluating it in terms of its representation of Latin American characters. Seems like the only "redeeming" one is the little boy, James, to me. Barbosa is a strong villain for sure. RIP Mr. Sierra.
