李晓萍，制片人，毕业于宁夏大学物理系。

1999年以前在CCTV工作，后任光线传媒常务副总裁、猫眼娱乐非执行董事、光线影业总裁，参与《致我们终将逝去的青春》、《疯狂的外星人》、《哪吒之魔童降世》、《我和我的祖国》等制作。
