It's sad - but inevitably the case - the wonderful voice actors/actresses who frequently the public never hears of (unless paying attention to on-screen credits) or sees what they look(ed) like until they die.
I had never been aware of Ms. Taylor's existence or her delightful entertainment contributions until seeing about her passing on the news today.
By the way, I was curious about what the nickname "Russi" might be a stand-in for, so investigated just now. In Ms. Taylor's case, it was short for her actual given name, Russell.
RIP.

The name was vaguely familiar - probably because of her credits as a Simpsons regular, although I haven't watched the show in years now - but I agree. I recall feeling much the same way a few years back when Marcia Wallace, who portrayed the indelible Ms. Krabappel, died.

I likewise haven't watched The Simpsons in years.
Writers sure do think up some fun names for animation characters!
