En Son Goku, la Bulma i en Krilin han sortit a buscar la Bola de Drac que hi ha al fons de l'oceà. El general Blue, que els ha descobert, ha enviat el capità Doc a atacar l'illa del Follet Tortuga, on també hi ha la Launch. Just quan en Son Goku descobreix l'entrada d'una gruta on hi podria haver la Bola de Drac, comença l'atac del submarí de l'exèrcit de la Cinta Vermella comandat pel general Blue.

布玛、悟空和枯林在龙珠雷达的帮助下，渐渐接近有龙珠的海域。怀特统帅却把龟仙人小岛上的房子当成悟空等人的基地，还把龟仙人当成了制作龙珠雷达的科学家。于是怀特统帅下命令，要求布鲁将军把龙珠抢到手并要活捉龟仙人、悟空等人，找到了龙珠在海底的位置，准备潜到海底去寻找龙珠。

In addition to his group pursuing Goku and the others, General Blue launches a detached group to attack Kame House. They believe that the Turtle Hermit is the scientist who created the Dragon Radar. Going after the Dragon Ball which fell into the sea-bottom chasm, Goku and the others enter the cavity in the chasm from the other side, and discover a cave. General Blue’s submarine then suddenly attacks! Bulma and Kuririn panic when they learn that the ones attacking them are the Red Ribbon Army!! Blue’s submarine pursues Goku and the others as they flee into the cave!!

Alors que Son Goku, Bulma et Krilin recherchent la Dragon Ball cachée au fond de l'océan, le Général Blue passe à l'attaque. Il ordonne à son armée de détruire l'île de Kamé Sennin et de lui voler les deux Dragon Balls en sa possession. Son Goku, Bulma et Krilin finissent par trouver une grotte ou se trouve la Dragon Ball, mais le Général Blue arrive à ce moment-là et les poursuit dans la grotte à bord d'un énorme sous-marin équipé de torpilles.

Son-Goku und seine Freunde haben sich auf die Suche gemacht. Mit ihrem U-Boot tauchen sie auf den Grund des Meeres. Doch General Blue startet seinen Angriff. Ein Teil seiner Leute macht sich auf den Weg zum Herrn der Schildkröten, weil sie ihn für den Erfinder des Dragonball-Radars halten. Ein anderer Teil, unter Führung des Generals, greift die Schatzsucher unter Wasser an. Sie flüchten sich in eine Unterwasserhöhle.

Goku, Bulma és Krillin a tengeralattjáróval elmennek megkeresni a sárkánygömböt. Blue tábornok követi őket, s közben elküldi katonáit Zseniális teknős szigetére, hogy megszerezzék a másik két gömböt.

Crilin riesce a manovrare il sottomarino fino all'ubicazione della sfera. Il generale Blue pianifica di inseguire Goku, mentre un'altra squadra si dirige all'isola di Muten, creduto esser l'inventore del portentoso Dragon Radar. Nonostante le loro ricerche affannose i tre ragazzi non trovano la sfera sul fondo dell'oceano, ma sembra essersi incagliata dentro una fessura sottomarina. Nel frattempo il generale Blue prepara e lancia le sue forze d'attacco. Quando Crilin guida la navetta in una grotta, i sottomarini del generale Blue li inseguono e li attaccano a colpi di siluro.

クリリンも仲間に加わり、悟空とブルマは潜水艇でカメハウスを出発した。探索の結果、ドラゴンボールは海底の割れ目に続く洞窟の奥にあるらしいと判明する。様子を見ていたブルー将軍は、悟空たちに猛烈な攻撃を開始！:その頃、カメハウスにもレッドリボン軍の別働隊が迫りつつあった…。

오공과 부르마는 크리링과 함께 잠수정을 타고 거북 하우스를 떠난다. 탐색한 결과, 드래곤볼은 바닷속의 동굴 안에 있다는 것을 알게 된다. 상황을 살펴보던 블루 장군은 오공 일행에게 맹렬한 공격을 시작하고, 거북 하우스에도 레드리본군의 별동대가 다가가는데…

General Blue divide seus subordinados em dois grupos: um segue pelo ar para a Casa do Kame para capturar o cientista criador do Radar do Dragão e as duas Esferas do Dragão; o outro grupo parte por água atrás do submarino em que Goku está, para descobrir a localização da Esfera do Dragão e eliminar Goku.

Goku y sus compañeros llegan al punto que indica el radar y se sumergen en el mar, pero son vistos por el General Blue, quien al recibir la orden del Cuartel General de atacar la Kame House envía al Capitán Doc con la mitad de la brigada, mientras que Blue decide ir detrás del joven con la otra mitad. Krilin conduce el submarino hasta el fondo del océano y Goku sale del mismo a investigar, pero no encuentran la Bola de Dragón. Descubren entonces la entrada a una gruta donde podría estar oculta la Bola, momento justo en que son atacados por el submarino del ejército Red Ribbon.

Goku, Bulma y Krillin exploran las profundidades del mar azul, donde una tercera Esfera del Dragón espera ser encontrada. Sin embargo, no saben que el General Blue también está esperando y cuando sus fuerzas lanzan un ataque sorpresa, ¡las esperanzas de supervivencia del Equipo de la Esfera del Dragón se hunden!
