Megalocity, anno 2058. Sono passati 25 anni dall'ultima battaglia della squadra Borgman composta da Ryo, Anice e Chuck, ma la minaccia degli yoma, creature mutanti provenienti da un'altra dimensione, sembra non dover finire mai.
