Billy and Ling are defending a computer software firm on sexual harassment charges emanating from the company's "Day at the Beach" casual days at the office. Even though participation is voluntary, Vicky Sharpe, a slightly overweight employee felt she had no choice but to participate or risk being singled out as a non-participant. John Cage remains a man transformed by his thirty-fifth birthday.

Als Georgia einen Vergleich vorschlägt und auch noch Cousine Casey die Partei von Gladys ergreift, zieht Elaine sich beleidigt zurück - um schließlich doch noch ihre Unschuld zu beweisen.Billy und Ling vertreten unterdessen eine schwergewichtige Frau, die fürchtet, im Büro benachteiligt zu werden, wenn sie nicht am monatlichen "Strandtag" teilnimmt und im Badeanzug zur Arbeit erscheint. Ähnlich bizarr gestaltet sich eine Vierer-Verabredung von Nelle und John sowie Ling und Richard. Nelle schleppt die Ahnungslosen in eine wüste Rap-Bar, in der die Männer dann allerdings überraschend eine großartige Vorstellung abgeben, die schließlich auch bei ihren Begleiterinnen den gewünschten Erfolg hat. Pech dagegen für Ally: Sie sieht ihren schmerzlich vermissten Greg mit einer anderen.
