The question that remains is whether Phineas and Ferb Hawaiian Vacation should be one episode or two. It aired on the Disney Channel and a few days later on Disney XD, which might (or might not) complicate things.
Also, different sources have slightly different air dates for Phineas and Ferb's Quantum Boogaloo, Phineas and Ferb Musical Cliptastic Countdown and Phineas and Ferb Christmas Vacation.

We are 3 years later, so I don't know if an answer is still needed or not.
On my videos, "Phineas And Ferb Hawaiian Vacation" is split in 2 episodes named "Part I" and "Part II". Each one have it's own intro and outro as well as it's own totle card.
But I don't know from which airing they are coming.

Oh, hell. I locked the season because of another report, but it is a mess.
@MEKKER_ What were you trying to do exactly?

I was about to fix it as you can see from episodes 87 to 101 in season 2. And i used Wikia to correct :)

Ok, I think I mostly fixed the season.
