《忘了我記得》劇情聚焦於關於每個家中，常會潛意識選擇「忘記」，但卻深耕心底「記得」的又哭又笑的故事。女主角程樂樂（謝盈萱 飾）是一位脫口秀演員兼職便利商店店員，過著日復一日工作的平凡生活，她也有她的人生願望，卻沒想到人生考驗接連而來。除了和丈夫張凱（霍建華 飾）陷入婚姻困境，更面臨與父親（秦漢 飾）的種種問題 。一次誤打誤撞，樂樂站上脫口秀舞台，開始了脫口秀演員生涯。這一連串的意外讓樂樂鼓起勇氣，在工作與生活中，打破重構了自己和至親、戀人、朋友的關係。

Forget You Not revolves around Cheng Le-le (Hsieh Ying-xuan), a married woman who balances her job as a stand-up comedian and part-time convenience store employee. Despite her mundane life, Le-le is full of hopes and dreams for her future, but is met with a series of challenges. In addition to facing marital difficulties with her husband Zhang Kai (Wallace Huo), Le-le also faces hardships with her father (Chin Han), spurring her to embark on a courageous journey that redefines her relationship with her kin, lover and friends.
