Extra Details: Shouldn't the title for this episode be XLI and not XLI - Robo-Samurai vs. Mondo-bot so that it matches the rest of the naming tmdb has used for this series ?

Thanks, that makes sense. Then one follow-up. Shouldn't the episode name be XLI - Robo/Mondo - Bot as per that listing ?

My source is from June 9, 2003 and the episode was only broadcasted on June 21, 2003.
I have sent a message to @raze464 to see if he had access to another source closer to the broadcast date when he had fix the name by adding the missing "XLI" in august 2022, or if he didn't pay attention that the end of the title was different.
