After Birkhoff gets a tip from Shadowbot that Ari is in NY, Nikita and Owen swoop in to pick him up before the FBI does. However, Ari reveals he planned everything for a chance to talk to Nikita. He tells her that Amanda has gone too far and is working with a terrorist who plans an attack on American soil. Ari wants fifty million dollars for the information that could lead to the terrorist’s capture. Nikita and Michael are stunned when Ryan considers paying the bribe. Meanwhile, Sean is jealous of Alex and Owen’s relationship.

Birkhoff apprend qu'Ari est à New York grâce à Shadowbot. Nikita et Owen partent alors à sa recherche avant que le FBI ne le retrouve. Ari a prévu de voir Nikita pour lui parler. Il lui fait alors part des intentions d'Amanda : elle travaille avec un terroriste afin d'attaquer les Etats-Unis. Ari est prêt à révéler à Nikita une information essentielle qui pourrait conduire directement au terroriste, et réclame 50 millions de dollars en échange de cette information. Quant à Sean, il est jaloux de la relation qu'entretient Alex avec Owen.

Ari Tasarov viene tradito da Amanda e si fa catturare dalla divisione per stare al sicuro. Ari propone uno scambio a Nikita: Lui le dirà la prossima mossa di Amanda a patto che lei gli dia cinquanta milioni di dollari.

Después de que Birkhoff reciba un chivatazo de Shadowbot de que Ari está en Nueva York, Nikita y Owen se lanzan a por él antes de que lo haga el FBI. Sin embargo, Ari revela que planeó todo para tener la oportunidad de hablar con Nikita. Le dice que Amanda ha ido demasiado lejos y está trabajando con un terrorista que planea un ataque en suelo americano. Ari quiere cincuenta millones de dólares por la información que pueda llevar a la captura del terrorista. Nikita y Michael se quedan atónitos cuando Ryan se plantea pagar el soborno.
