故事发生在齐东高中内，这看似是一间再普通不过的学校，可实际上，在校园里徘徊着七只幽灵，流传着七段非常恐怖的灵异传说。为了维持学校的正常运营，校董成立了圣徒会。北城遥都（有马克明 配音）是一个做梦都想过普通人生活的男生，但命运偏偏不放过他，他被校董任命成为了圣徒会的会长。

Meet Haruto Hojo, an ordinary high school student with an unusual problem. He's got ghosts and spirits running amuck at school! Appointed President of the Saints Club, Haruto, Mutsuki, and Kazuo are charged with the task of investigating strange phenomena on campus and improve the quality of life for the school spirits that roam the halls. But how can three students handle the likes of Hanako, the sultry bathroom spirit, a Kosak-dancing skeleton, a fish monster living in the school's pool, Red Mantle, Nino-kun, and the rest of the Saito school spirits?

La Saito est une école un peu particulière. Ici, des êtres spirituels vivent aux côtés des lycéens et le directeur de l'établissement collectionne tout un tas de babioles occultes. On suit le quotidien plutôt amusant de plusieurs élèves : Haruto Houjo, Kazumi Ryodo et Mutsuki Asahina, qui font tous partie du Holy Student Council, un club censé protéger l'école.

私立斉東高等学校。その立地と由来の故から数多くの学校に関わる精霊や幽霊が集う場所である。「S東高聖徒会」の役員を務める生徒会長・北城遥都（教会の息子）、副会長・朝比奈睦月（神社の娘）、副会長・龍堂和御（寺の息子）の3人が学校霊と生徒たちとの仲立ちを行い「霊と人間の理想郷」をこの世に顕現するために奮闘するが…！！
