Epsiode Naming Scheme

Shouldn't episodes be in running order: 1x1, 1x2, ..., 2x1, 2x2, ... , 3x1, 3x2
Currently each episode for each season are not correctly named, they are in absolute order but not done correctly: Season one ends at 1x61 but season 2 starts at 2x62 (which should have been 2x1)

As indicated in multiple previous reports, for example this one, all the seasons will be merged to a single one to match the original Japanese broadcast.
In the meantime, the seasons will remain as they are.
