I was trying to add Jennifer Coolidge to some more of the episodes, specifically Episode 17 in this case (but IIRC she's in the entire rest of Season 1), but doing so results in an error message:

This person is already added as a cast member to an episode of this season. Cast credits need to be added to either a season, or an episode, and not both.

And while that's true, I don't really see how that is a hindrance. She's listed as a guest star in the credits and she's clearly showing up. And on top of that she isn't only in 1 episode as the message suggests, she's in 3 in Season 1 already (14, 15, 16), so at one point this certainly used to work. I guess technically I could add her as a season regular instead and remove her from the 3 episodes she's already in, but I'm not entirely sure on the rules on that.

The bible says:

However, if a series regular is only in half of a season, they can be added as a guest star instead.

I'm not sure how many episodes she's still in after this, but she makes her first appearance in 14 so it's certainly under half the episodes in the Season.

What's also odd is that I could add her if I just add her has Character "Sophie" instead of "Sophie Kachinsky" (I already removed the entry again), but obviously that can't be the solution here. It shows that at least the message is misleading about the "Person" though because the Person is the same either way, the Character is what would be different.

Any tips?

edit: What's odd is that the Season 1 Cast shows her as "(24 Episodes)" (which is wrong anyway), but I don't see her added in the Season Regular Cast, so I'm not sure where that number is coming from. Am I missing something?
