A Man keeps following Samantha and Tabitha for a good reason: He was a frog and he wants Samantha to turn him back so he can be with his girlfrog.

Un certain Fergus aborde Samantha dans un parc. Il la supplie d'utiliser ses pouvoirs pour lui rendre sa véritable apparence, celle d'une grenouille...

Samantha hat mal wieder ein äußerst bizarres Erlebnis: Als sie mit Tabatha im Park spazieren geht, nichts Böses ahnend, wird sie auf einmal von einem dicklichen Herrn angesprochen, der ihr ihre magischen Fähigkeiten anzusehen scheint. Er behauptet nämlich, in Wahrheit ein Frosch zu sein, der durch unglückliche Umstände in einen Menschen verwandelt wurde. Und nun braucht er dringend Samanthas Hilfe, denn viel lieber möchte er in den Frosch-Zustand zurück.

Mentre è al parco con Tabatha, Samantha viene importunata da uno strano individuo. Con una magia lo butta nella fontana e l'uomo ne riemerge estasiato. Adesso infatti ha la certezza che la bella signora è una strega e può finalmente chiederle di farlo ritornare ad essere una rana. Si era stancato del suo stagno e aveva chiesto a una strega di diventare un uomo, ma ora inizia a sentire nostalgia dei suoi amici rane e tartarughe e della fidanzata Phoebe. Ma Samantha non può farci nulla: nessuna strega può disfare gli incantesimi di un'altra strega e Fergus "la rana" si dovrà rassegnare a trascorrere il resto della vita come essere umano...
