Once upon a time, Endora made a deal with another witch Carlotta that Samantha will marry her son Juke, but Samantha hasn't lived up to her part of the deal. Now Carlotta and Juke are back and Carlotta will stop at nothing to give Juke what he wants. She makes Darrin disappear and never brings him back until Samantha agrees to marry Juke. Samantha tells Juke to finally stand up to his mother and tell her off.

Oberhexe Carlota kann einfach nicht akzeptieren, dass Samantha mit Darrin verheiratet ist. Sie hatte nämlich geplant, Sam mit ihrem eigenen Sohn Duke zu verkuppeln. Da sie immer noch verärgert ist, lässt sie Darrin eines Tages kurzerhand verschwinden. Samantha ist verzweifelt und versucht, mit Duke zu verhandeln, denn sie weiß, dass er von Carlota fürchterlich unterdrückt wird. Doch er ist zu einem Bündnis nicht bereit, und Samantha fürchtet, ihn heiraten zu müssen.

Samantha ignora che all'inizio del secolo (non precisiamo quale!) sua madre Endora la promise in sposa al figlio della sua cara amica Carlotta. Quando quest'ultima si fa viva per far valere il patto, Samantha le fa notare di essere già sposata, ma Carlotta afferma che un matrimonio con un mortale per lei non ha valore. Per tranquillità, comunque, fa sparire il povero Darrin, liberando così il campo al suo impacciato Juke…
