Extra Details: Der Titel der Serie lautet in Deutschland entweder Stargate SG-1 oder Stargate â Kommando SG-1. Stargate ohne Zusatz ist falsch.

Do you have an official source for that title, such as the German distributor or broadcasting network?

The broadcasting Network would be RTL2 but it is very unclear how they named it back than, i wasn't able to find a working archive page from the airing area. However the Home Media Release predates the broadcast release in Germany. Before RTL2 aired that show, it was already available on VHS Right now i can only back that up with schnittberichte Release Date 04/23/1998 clearly predates the first airing on 01/06/1999 and VĂ Titel was Stargate Kommando SG-1
Now here is the thing, I am not 100% sure how the rules are here. the bible says "The film title guidelines also apply to TV series titles. " Here we have "The original title should be the title used for the first official release" Which is clearly the VHS release from '98
However, under Shows, we have the "new title for initial broadcast" rule. Would that also apply to translated Titles?
