What's with the holdup on season 4?

They announced over a year ago that the show was renewed for a 4th season, but there's been no news of when it'll air.

I was just coming here to ask about S04. I read somewhere that each season takes so long to make that the cycles are more than a year, i.e.
S01 - Feb 2013, S02 - July 2014, S03 - Oct 2015. Which is ~15-17 months, but this seems to be taking even longer, since we're coming up on the 17 month mark.
I absolutely think this is the best thing on TV, so I'm just thrilled they're making more, but I am chomping at the bit over here.
