Collection of tales based on the Père Castor series of French children's stories. Papa Beaver's Storytime is an animated television series which tells of Papa Beaver, a caretaker, a father figure, but most importantly, a storyteller. The show starts out with some type of disagreement between the children, who then turn to Papa Beaver for a solution. He begins telling them some stories which are somehow related to the situation the children are in, the stories are either a fable or a fairytale ultimately telling the morality of the story to teach them a lesson about their actions they have done before the story began.

Père Castor ne laisse jamais passer une occasion de raconter une histoire à ses trois enfants, Câline, Grignote et Benjamin. Il les laisse ensuite en tirer leurs propres conclusions.

O γλυκύτατος παππούς Κάστορας καθισμένος αναπαυτικά στην πολυθρόνα του, αφηγείται στα εγγόνια του παραμύθια. Τους διηγείται συναρπαστικές ιστορίες, με ήρωες ανθρώπους και ζώα, όπου ζωντανεύουν οι μύθοι και οι παραδόσεις πολλών χωρών.

מסיפורי אבא בונה‏ היא סדרת אנימציה צרפתית המבוססת על סדרת ספרי מעשיות צרפתית לילדים מאת הסופר הצרפתי פייר קאסטור. הסדרה הופקה במקור בין השנים 1993 - 1994 עבור ערוץ המשפחה הקנדי וערוץ 3 הצרפתי על ידי חברת סינאר הקנדית. הסדרה שודרה בישראל בטלוויזיה החינוכית בדיבוב לעברית במהלך שנות ה-90. את שיר הפתיחה העברי של הסדרה, כתבה שמרית אור ושרה גני תמיר.

I tre castorini Caline, Grignotte e Benjamin sono vivaci ed allegri, e a volte il papà, noto con il semplice nome di Papà castoro, li calma raccontando loro favole tradizionali (come quelle di Esopo e di tanti altri autori classici). L'ambientazione è provenzale, tra flauti e fisarmoniche inseriti in una florida natura.
