This series seemed promising - A Frenchman with a crime cleaning business is drawn unwillingly into the clutches of a gangster - his brother turns up with problems of his own which he draws the cleaner into . Said cleaners family is extremely dysfunctional to say the least - his son is a budding Dexter and his daughter is a budding nymphomaniac. As usual men and menstruation have to make an appearance - what is it with film makers in this regard - it is getting positively creepy. Anyway the cleaner decides to tell all to the police - he is shown into an interview room with one officer - he is not read his rights and the interview is not recorded or videoed. The gangster who is currently being watched by the entire police force enters the room and has an incriminating conversation with the officer and the cleaner which nobody notices. There are so many instances of crass stupidity with regard to the actions of both brothers that it becomes irritating to watch. I mean would you replace incriminating evidence where you found it knowing that your trail would be so easy to follow? Would you have a fight - then a chat - then continue the fight? Would a rather chubby scruffy forty plus Frenchman be so irresistible to all the ladies he meets that he can bed them in and out of doors in the twinkling of an eye? I haven't finished it yet - I have two episodes to go - I hope it doesn't have a ridiculous conclusion.
