Can someone please explain the ending to me? (Spoilers)

I don't understand precisely what happened.

So we see Superman as a baby being sent away in the Pod, and the Supergirl after him.

What is the last Pod, with the last baby, which looks like the same Pod that Mon El was flying under?

Who was that last baby that was situated on earth?

Some comic book buff probably knows but I prefer to find out when the show returns next season.
