This episode is an OVA and it's already added in Specials season. Must effectively be removed.

Just chiming in to hopefully bump this issue. There is no episode 13 in this season at all. I suspect someone had some confusion due to the "12.5" between season episode recapping season 1. But that should be special season 0 or ignored. There are only 12 episodes; not complicated or hard to confirm from literally any data source.
