Really, it inspired me to cook some dishes that I've never tried before. And this show was about so much more then just different approaches to cooking. Loved the author, he seemed to be honest and actually interested in the people they interviewed for these episodes. Also it was nice that they talked about issues that come with eating industrially produced food, but didn't seem to moralize too much on that. I think there should be more of this kind of shows. If anyone have suggestions about shows like this, I'd be happy to hear them!
