颜宋（王丽坤 饰）是一位单亲妈妈，同儿子颜朗一同过着相依为命的生活。一次偶然中，两人在医院里遇见了名为秦漠（刘恺威 饰）的失忆男子，哪知道秦漠坚称颜宋就是他的未婚妻，而颜朗就是他的儿子。
