مقتبسة عن مسلسل روسي ،تبدأ أحداث القصة من الحياة الهادئة التي تعيشها "مايا" (ماغي بو غصن) مع والدتها "جمانة"(مي صايغ)، أخيها "فادي"، وخطيبها "إياد"(جوليان فرحات). لكنّ "قطعة من الكاراميل" كانت كفيلة بتغيير حياة " مايا" التي تستطيع قراءة الأفكار، بعد أن تتعرّف على "رجا" (ظافر العابدين) الشاب الغنيّ، الذي عاد من فرنسا إلى لبنان، لتأسيس شركته الخاصّة. "حبّة الكاراميل" هذه جعلت "مايا" طرفاً في الصراع الذي يخوضه "رجا" ضدّ منافسه رجل الأعمال "فؤاد شاهين" (بيار داغر)، وأيضاً ضدّ شقيقته "كارلا" (كارمن لبس)، التي ستحاول الإستحواذ على قلب "رجا"

The series deals with a number of love stories interspersed with strange events, starting with Maya, who lives with her mother. Her life is turned upside down because of a piece of caramel thathat enables her to read minds, and then she meets a businessman coming from France.

Maya is young woman who has been mysteriously bestowed with a remarkable gift - the ability to read people's minds. But hearing people's inner voices comes with its fair share of sorrows, as Maya discovers that her fiancé is cheating on her. When Maya meets wealthy Egyptian businessman Raja, she uses her newfound skill to ensure he is attracted to her. But as she begins to fall in love, her ability to read his mind starts to vanish. Can Maya keep Raja interested without reading his mind?
