تدور الأحداث حول ‎السفير السابق (نادر)، الذي ترك عمله بالسلك الدبلوماسي، وبسبب حبه للأكل يفتح مطعم في فندق بإحدى القرى السياحية ويقوم بإعداد الوجبات بنفسه، لكن يبدو أن زوجته لها رأي أخر.
