Sementara itu ada empat orang yang dikenal sebagai Empat Brewok dari Goa Sanggreng, juga mencari Kalingundil dengan alasan ingin balas dendam juga. Maka terjadi perkelahian tiga pihak. Wiro Sableng menang, tapi pacarnya, Nilamsuri (Susan Aryani), anak Kalingundil, meninggal.
