Planet Earth, 9177. The remains of humankind live in a post-apocalyptic environment divided into only two social classes: the ruling king and the oligarchs who inhabit the Representative Building and the poor of the world who hardly survive in the slums built around it.

American citizens who are normally marginalized, forgotten and left to fend against toxic dumps and other violations, come to understand that the only way to survive and save their communities is to challenge the system head-on.

From an archived interview originally recorded in 1982, this 1990 production reveals the findings of chief congressional investigator, Director of Research, Norman Dodd, and exposes the scope and purpose of various organizations in the findings of the 1953 Reece Special Committee on Tax Exempt Foundations.

The young rich kid, Chyna, got carried away with his glamorous lifestyle and decided that he could do anything he wanted. Desperate to set his son straight, his oligarch father takes extreme measures. Together with an eccentric psychologist, he devises a unique project: somewhere in the steppe, they recreate the atmosphere of a 19th-century Kazakh village. Chyna ends up in this village, believing he has traveled back in time.

In 2017, twenty years after the British handed over Hong Kong to China in 1997, young people, more politicized than any previous generation and proud of their land, do not feel Chinese and actively fight against the oligarchs who want to subdue them to China's authoritarian power.
