It's locked so I can't change it, but this shouldn't be marked as a video. It's its own film that serves as a recap of the series, it's not just a compilation.

According to this info, this film It's a compilation of episodes 1, 3, 7, and 10. This tweet from Netflix anime says the same thing, and according to the contribution bible, compilations of random episodes put together into a "movie" are allowed and should be marked as "Video = True". Check this prev. report.
