Clearly, John Hughes indulged in body humor in writing this. But it wasn't all that long ago I realized the pun in the talking turd that Lisa turned Wyatt's brother into being named Chet.
It was pretty gross for the talking turd to even happen, with the flies on it and everything, but some way, somehow, the fact that it's named Chet makes the gag OK with me.

I kinda thought that at first myself, but if you pay close attention, you'll see Lisa making faces that indicate the changed Chet smells... you do the work.
