De reünie vond plaats in het huis van Fran Drescher aan de oceaan in Californië. De hele cast was aanwezig, behalve Daniel Davis, die destijds optrad in de musical La Cage aux Folles op Broadway en verhinderd was. Ook bij de reünie waren de moeder en vader van Drescher, Sylvia en Morty, die verschillende keren in de show verschenen. In de special zei Drescher dat Daniel Davis, of 'Danny', 'verdwaald' was geraakt. Aan het einde van de special verschijnt 'Danny' (eigenlijk Danny Bonaduce).
