Yes, Stanwyck really excels as Elizabeth Lane, has wonderful comic timing, and interacts very well with the rest of this fine cast of this warm, tender and very upscale comedy.

Barbara Stanwyck is just awesome in this screwball comedy. The remake in 1992 isn't that good, but still watchable.
