Some poster at IMDb.com believes that Pryor and Wilder play the bank robbers wearing the costumes and robbing the bank. Though their characters of Harry Monroe and Skip Donohue are seen outside the bank eating yogurt and Dunk'in Donuts lunch while the robbery is going on people think the man holding the gun and talking while sticking them up is also Pryor in the woodpecker suit. If Wilder and Pryor actually played the guys robbing the bank while in costume that would say very strange literature things about their characters-- yes!
