So any idea how to get permanently rid off follower?

I can't think of anything if someone else get killed and it will come back to you.
You could make it bearable with flights over country to get it stucked in middle of your flight route giving you enough time for normal life, just taking flights every once in a while, but no idea how to get permanently rid off it.
EDIT: after reading imdb archive at hashed.io I ended up with ideas:
move to island, heck look at it standing on beach and take boat just to be sure, but make sure no other boat will take it there, so you will need private island or island without regular connections and check all iregullar for arrivals, heir timetable would give you plenty of time to relax
pass it to successful prostitute, though I guess police will catch her when plenty of her clients end up dead and she will get killed somewhere in cell I guess and it will come back to you. maybe pass it to some Thai prostitute in Bangkok with customers from all over the world so it will be very difficult to come back to her even after her customer dies and she will have very fast another one anyway
kill person you pass it on - though it's not sure if it won't come back to you, not sure if the rule is that person must be killed by IT to come back to you or it's enough just that person dies
self driving cars would be good for good sleep at least

Maybe the only way would be to trace it back to its origin, find out where it came from and how and why it follows and kills, and how and why it's transmitted. Without knowing any of that, speculating on how to get rid off it is useless.

Really, two options available:
1.) Fly to an isolated island or community that doesn't have any means of routine contact except for air travel, someplace like the Cook Islands or Guam, surrounded by thousands of miles of ocean. Rape a local young woman -- someone who is younger than you who will live longer and remain a target of the 'follower'. Return home and live out the rest of your natural life.
2.) Fly to a densely populated, highly-trafficked place like Hong Kong or Beijing or Ibiza. Have sex with the first willing non-local member of the opposite sex. Return home and live out the rest of your natural life.

Since the follower obviously is constrained by physical barriers like doors, windows and blankets, I would say capture it in an airtight glass/transparent plastic cage surrounded by a steel cage. Airtight glass to make sure it can't just transform to something small, and steel cage just as an extra precaution. Since it wasn't strong enough to break down the door to the shed or any of the bedrooms, it should be fairly easy to construct something strong enough to hold it. Then just put it in a corner and go on with your life.
