Extra Details: This movie does not show up for some reason when doing search for movies named "Love" using third party app "iFlicks 2" which relies solely on themoviedb.org. The developer suggested in a post that I report it in case there is a conflict with this record or ID. I hope this is the correct protocol?

You can ask in the API Support section if you need help with the API, but be aware we do not offer support for third-party apps. All I can personally confirm is that there currently aren't any issues with the search on the website: https://www.themoviedb.org/search/movie?query=love
