Do you mean the video with ID VE6JgargIiY? It seems to be totally functional now.

Sorry for the inaccuracy, it was not deleted but it has an age limit on YouTube, and I cannot be played from TMDB (despite being logged in with my YouTube account on the browser and having +18 years).
If I click on "Watch on YouTube", it's right that it's work.
The video with ID 2-Wa2A-tRCw has not the problem.
But I just tested now and when I click on the trailer button from the Love page, it now play the 2-Wa2A-tRCw trailer, so the problem is solved.
