Too many instances of people getting "konked" on the head only to return later... and there's only four main characters in the movie so it keeps happening to the same people.

It was a good movie. But yeah, I agree with you! It was very frustrating to see these people get hit like that only to pop back up minutes later.
And it shouldn't have ended that way either. He should be dead!

An entertaining movie nonetheless.

** Spoilers **
I thought it was pretty good up until the twist. Really wasn't a fan of the captive woman plot. How did the blind man kidnap her anyway, and wouldn't the police have found her disappearance suspicious?
I agree that everyone kept unrealistically surviving their injuries. I thought the ending was annoyingly predictable, with the blind guy still somehow being alive.

To me the premise was flawed from the get go. These pro-am thieves are going to break into a place without knowing for certain there is anything of value in it. They assume the old man keeps the money he is supposed to have in the house but they really don't know. They are not savvy enough to trace the person's SSN to a bank and see if he has an account (I know that is not easy to do but this is a movie where all sorts of unrealistic things happen); or even get his SSN. So they go in at 2am assuming he is not a night owl, make enough noise to wake up anyone let alone an army vet, and... well I could go on but the entire reason for the movie is flawed. Why make all the effort when there is no certainty? Oh and once they are in do they expect to find the cash laid out on a table? They do not even know the layout of the place! By complete chance they find where it is but that is what it was... complete "blind" luck (no pun intended).
Other than that it was a fine bit of suspense. I imagine the sequel (already in the works) will have him chasing the surviving teen to Cali. He'll develop super human senses like Dare Devil and... lol
