Discuss Bambi

I've finally watched this movie for the first time in my life and after all these years, I thought Flower was a girl considering girls love flowers, but turns out that Flower is actually a boy, that likes flowers...

lol, my mind just blown when I heard Flower speak with a man's voice when Bambi, Thumper and Flower grew up. open_mouth

Well, when you think about it, guess that isn't all too unusual for the 1960's, with Flower children running rampant even on "Beverly Hillbillies" reruns.

More evidence of this presents itself when you consider that even the Pillsbury Dough Boy is a once-famous Flour Child.

With a name like "Flower" and the way he talks as a young skunk it's an easy assumption for a kid to come to.

I think the animators may have gotten away with one when Flower's kissed by the lady skunk and he turns red and stiff.

Sort of like an alternative answer to the question: "What's black and white and red all over?"
