Discuss Zombieland: Double Tap

SPOILERS!!!!!!

A question about Peanut Allergies. For those of you who have them or have actually seen someone who is highly allergic by them get an allergic reaction, how bad is it. Is it really as bad as Madison was in the film? I mean I know some allergies really make you swell up and turn red but she was straight up violently vomiting and her face was pretty much turning into a Zombie.

I know when we were at the mall a friend of ours had an allergic reaction to something in the mall food court. I think his lip ballooned up huge and his cheeks maybe puffed up and his eyes closed and he was crying. But after about 30 minutes I think he was ok? He was able to talk to us normally in his normal voice and he was more embarrassed more than anything.

My niece SUPPOSEDLY has a severe Peanut allergy, never seen what it does to her though, but apparently she CAN die from it (according to her possibly exaggerating mom).

I got an allergic reaction to something put in a Nacho Platter..I got the itchies & my bottom lip swelled up on one side "Nutty Professor" style..again, embarrassment was more a bother then the actual allergic reaction.

That is kind of like what happens to me with seafood.

No my exact question was would it make you look like your turning into a zombie tho? Like how the movie was???

What exactly happens? Your face just turns red? you break into hives? My point of this thread is to see if food allergies can make you look like you are turning into a zombie like how the movie was???

Look in google about anaphylaxis and possible symptoms (including vomiting, diarrhea, asthma, and much more).

yeah but that doesn't answer the question? the question is does a peanut allergy actually make you look so bad that you can be mistaken for turning into a zombie? I'm being serious I want to know if its that bad and graphic at all??

Overdone, but yes, why not, it is a matter of death / life. Vomiting accompanies cases when the allergen has reached GI system. Panic, adrenaline rush, overreaction, no emergency services, no first aid (psychological too), and other circumstances make people alarmed and act very strange (I donโ€™t know if it can be called "like a zombie"). Unrealistic โ€” Madison recovered from attack quickly without qualified help and medication. And she was left alone in the forest without survival skills... No chance.

P.S. "Zombies" came out of our world, they are portrayed from real people suffer: death agony, trauma pain, neurological symptoms, etc.
