The cop on the highway who drove by with his siren blaring while Tony and his family were clearly in a distressful situation. There was nothing else happening on the road so I refuse to accept that the cop simply didn't see them. They ran out and called to him and he just drove by. I understand he had his sirens on and was responding to an emergency situation, but wouldn't he have radioed in that there was also something else happening on the road and another car should be sent?
