Yes. We're supposed to be all sad for her but she is killed around 25 minutes after she was introduced and in those 25 minutes I was hoping she would be killed so I was pretty happy with her death.

Not only that, they imply Lando likes her or that they are sleeping together or something and they simply could not make her look like a mildly attractive robot. She looked like a walking coffee maker on crutches.

In this case, the Falcon's strange dialect. It's the only time the idea of computers having dialects comes up. It's a minor flaw compared to the whole "12 Parsecs" thing.
