Do you have an official proof that it was originally broadcasted as a TV series in 2 parts ?

Do you have official proof on anything depending Television History in here? Don't make me laugh... Each newer database began with copying older's data, like "IMDB's", that's the reason there are thousands of things you have (and they have too) to be corrected all these years and this is one of them. So, if you're truly looking for a database or a presentation/article in "ITV" network's official webpage, your request is kinda funny. You don't use always "official proof" cause there isn't in countless productions and you know it. There are of course information if someone wants to seek here and there.
In Hellas it was released in 2 VHS, as is generally the case with the mini-series distributed in my country (and I suppose everywhere else on the same format on VHS era). On Douglas Fairbanks Jr.'s profile in "Wikipedia" we read "His last TV roles were in the mini series Strong Medicine (1987) and the TV series B.L. Stryker.". On writer's profile, Arthur Hailey, and specifically in "Selected screen adaptations" we read "Strong Medicine (Syndicated TV Miniseries, 1987)". In this twitter you can see an article of an old TV magazine specifically in that page that writes "Unlike Patrick Duffy on Dallas, her co-star in this week's two-part ITV drama Arthur Hailey's Strong Medicine...", therefore it is a TV series consisting of 2 episodes, that were released 21 August 1986 & 22 August 1986 (they write "Thirsday, Friday: Arthur Hailey's Strong Medicine" on subtitle, on the head of this article). In "IMDB" entry they have this show incorrectly registered as a movie (like you, "Wikipedia" and "The TVDB"), but at least they have first release date "August 1986". So here they are informal (but substantiated!) proofs you were looking for.
