En motorcykelbande under ledelse af den brutale Anchor går grassat i det sydvestlige USA, hvor de terroriserer gæsterne på en restaurant. De voldtager, hærger og dræber adskillige uskyldige. En dag render banden dog ind i en hjemvendt Vietnam-veteran, og det skal vise sig, at han er mere end parat til at tage kampen op med de hensynsløse rockere.

The "Satans" are a very cruel biker gang led by Anchor. The gang goes to a diner in the middle of nowhere in the California desert where they begin to terrorize Lew and his patrons and his waitress, Tracy. After a little killing, one of the patrons named Johnny manages to escape from the bikers into the desert. They need to reach a town before the Satans catch up to them and kill them.

Un gang de motards hors-la-loi appelé les "Satans", qui parcourent les déserts du sud-ouest américain. Le chef du gang porte le nom d'Anchor, et les autres membres incluent Firewater, Acid, Muscle, Willie, Roméo et Gina. La bande rencontre deux amants qu'ils attaquent. Ils battent le copain et violent la fille. Après les assauts, ils les tuent tous les deux et jettent leur voiture, avec eux, d'une falaise.

Eine Gruppe von auf Motorrädern ziellos umherziehender Jugendlicher wird zum Schrecken eines Landstrichs, weil man in bester Charles-Manson-Tradition mordet, vergewaltigt und plündert. Nur ein US-Marinesoldat bietet den "Sadisten des Satans? die Stirn und stellt sich den Rockern zum Kampf. Viel zu tun hat er allerdings nicht, denn die Biker dezimieren sich auch selbst.

Un gruppo di sette motociclisti, i Satans, capeggiati dal malvagio e sadico Angelo, imperversa sulla strade della California, uccidendo o stuprando vittime innocenti. La banda incontra due fidanzati che amoreggiano: i Satans stordiscono il fidanzato e violentano la ragazza. Infine li uccidono entrambi, e gettando la loro macchina, con loro dentro, in un dirupo. Nel frattempo una coppia di anziani viaggiatori decide di dare un passaggio a Johnny, un giovane marine appena congedato e diretto a Los Angeles. I tre si fermano per pranzare in una tavola calda e, poco dopo il loro ingresso, i Satans entrano nel locale e iniziano a disturbare gli altri clienti...
