Yeah, plus this is some of his better acting work too. I really enjoyed the movie.
I'm trying to go for an engaging, funny youtube channel so, if you have the time, take a look. Hope you enjoy what you see. Thanks in advance. A review of the movie here- https://youtu.be/_4ZHS8lCH8I
I enjoyed your review and also checked out your Youtube page. I noticed you have some reviews on some movies I've recently seen I did not realize you had done reviews for. I'll be checking those out soon.
I may be a small minority, however I only like checking out reviews on movies I had already seen, not before.
@Renovatio Hello! Nice to talk to you again. How are you? I thought that The Foreigner was fantastic. Jackie Chan was just awesome running rings around the British Security Services, a wanna be IRA terrorist cell, and Pierce Brosnan and his minions.
I agree... Jackie Chan is pure class... Great casting pairing him against Brosnan... One of the local theatres is still showing this movie, months after release! That's how much people love Jackie Chan and how good the word of mouth is 😎
@Renovatio I'm doing well, thank you. I rented this from Redbox on Monday. I had heard about it, but didn't get around to a theater to see it. When I was watching this at home, the strangest thing happened. When they show the explosion and then the shot of Jackie Chan holding his daughter and crying, I started crying. I thought , "You can't do this to Jackie Chan. This is unacceptable. ". Would you say that I might have overreacted when I saw that scene?

Very high quality action... Unlike a lot of his other American movies, you really see the impact of every hit amd the editing was solid...

I’ve rarely seen Jackie Chan in a straight role in a film, he was very good in this

He was extremely good and believeable.
Pierce Brosnan was excellent, too, in my opinion.

There are no overreactions when it comes to Jackie Chan 😉 ... But yeah, it got dark pretty quickly, which was a bit of a jolt...
This movie was a lot of fun in theatre, this is how you do a revenge thriller
