故事女主角因心爱弟弟的逝世而来到日本散心，在著名自杀悬崖旁的村庄遇到了各色各样的当地人，在于他们的交往中女人渐渐获得继续前行的勇气。

After her brother's death, Alice leave France for Japan and takes refuge in a small village just above the cliffs. Her brother Nathan said to her before he died that he finally founded peace there thanks to a certain Daïsuké. Following his footsteps, Alice will in fact find herself, in a strange and hostile but warm place.

Trop longtemps séparée de son frère, Alice se rend sur ses traces au Japon, dans un village hors du temps, au pied des falaises. Ici, Nathan avait retrouvé l'apaisement auprès d'un certain Daïsuke. C'est au tour d'Alice de se rapprocher du vieil homme, et de ses hôtes. Dans une atmosphère toute japonaise, elle se remet à écouter son cœur…
