娇小害羞的千濑（前田亚季 饰）一直暗恋着同班同学修次（洼冢俊介 饰），终于，在鼓起勇气向修次表白之后，千濑和修次之间纯白的爱情之花绽放了。一天，札幌的上空突然飞来了大量的轰炸机，战争开始了，也就是从那时起，修次发现了深藏在千濑体内的秘密——向来人畜无害的千濑竟然被军方残忍的改造成为了“最终武器”。

Basé sur la série animée à succès "SAIKANO". Chise (interprétée par Aki Maeda - Battle Royale), timide et fragile, déclare son amour à Shuuji, qui ne sait trop comment lui montrer ses sentiments. En allant se promener avec ses amis au centre commercial de Sapporo, ils se retrouvent pris dans une attaque aérienne. Alors qu'ils cherchent à s'enfuir, ils remarquent qu'un petit objet volant s'attaque aux avions ennemis. Séparé du reste du groupe, Shuuji échappe de peu à la mort, et découvre que c'est Chise, métamorphosée en cyborg, qui l'a sauvé...

Chise und Shuji kommen sich näher und genießen ihre Zweisamkeit, wobei ihr gemeinsames Glück aufgrund Anschlägen auf die Stadt nicht lange anhält. 北海道のとある街で、高校生活を送るちせとシュウジは付き合い始めたばかり。そんなある日札幌が空襲を受け、仲間が犠牲になり、暗く不安な空気が漂う中、シュウジは羽と武器を纏い、自衛隊の最終兵器となって戦うちせの姿を見かける。普通の女子高生でいたいがコントロール不能な防衛本能がちせを戦闘に向かわせる。

평범한 남학생 슈지는 수줍음을 잘 타는 연약한 여학생 치세에게 고백을 받고, 연인이 된 두 사람은 아직 어설프지만 서로 노력한다. 그러던 어느 날, 삿포로 시내로 놀러온 슈지와 친구들은 갑작스러운 적의 공습으로 위험에 빠지는데, 마침 슈지는 상공에 나타난 이상한 물체가 적을 공격하는 장면을 목격한다. 슈지는 그 물체가 떨어진 지점을 쫓아가고 그 곳에서 옷이 찢겨진 치세를 만난다. 치세는 자위대의 최종병기였던 것이다. 이 엄청난 사실에 두 사람 모두 힘겨워하게 되는데...
