Online arguments should be restricted to the individuals not the general population. There are many intelligent DC and Marvel movies for people from different backgrounds.

My comment was directed strictly toward DamienRacer. I've said before on this thread and in several others that most of us have enjoyed our share comic book movies, and that this is fine. Let's just not pretend that they're anything more than comfort food. It's a peculiarity of the 21st Century, that so many folks are putting this much trying to find profound messages in films like Captain America and The Batman flicks, when we all know that there's no there there

It's up to other people where they find their messages.

By that metric, we oughta give weight to Charles Manson's interpretation of the song Helter Skelter

If that's what they want.

Guys (mech & Damien), you've already beaten your back and forth arguments to a bloody pulp. How about just agreeing to disagree (and maybe ignore one another), so as not to keep turning off others who might otherwise have been wanting to participate on this thread? As you both clearly don't see eye to eye, and it's already been extensively expressed/explained, there's really no reason (other than if wishing to be tiresome) to keep bickering.

To all on this or any other TMDb thread, just keep discussions free of insults and any belittling/demeaning of one another. That's when the discussing goes from being alright to breaking Community Guidelines standards, and becomes a problem. As it says there in the CG, "Offer constructive criticism or voice a dissenting opinion, but don't be mean or disrespectful." Likewise: "Trolling, abuse, flaming and/or harassment (e.g. personal attacks, name-calling and/or insulting/ridiculing another user) are uncalled for and will not be tolerated. Have discussions based on well-formulated arguments."

It's now been stated. So, hereafter, please, all concerned, just "let it be". dove

Is RT really a useful tool? Especially before general release of a movie. Personally I would say "No".

I'm reserving judgement until I see it.

If you do use reviews to decide what you watch then I recommend reading widely and find reviewers whose tastes generally reflect your own. That way you bypass any review-bombing, fanboying, schilling, etc.

The only sensible comment in here. Enternals seemed intering from the beginning. If it's ultimately good or bad I will decide after watching it.

I suspect the push back is because it might have deviated from the MCU formula, the rut that it is. I would actually be impressed if the movie did it.
