I'm looking for someone who has actually seen Bad Guys. In the film, there is a tag team called "The Sod Busters." One of them is "Wildman" Jack Armstrong, a character actor and wrestler active at both in Southern California. The other Sod Buster is credited both on IMDB and here as (Luke) Joseph Scarpa, based on the credit in the film being for Chief Jay Strongbow. Scrapa/Strongbow was already retired and working as a road agent for the WWF at this time. However, there was a wrestler active in Southern California during this period who called himself "Jay Strongbow Jr." (his real name seems to be lost to time, and he's no relation to Scarpa). This Strongbow worked with several other wrestlers who appeared in this film, including Armstrong and Professor Toru Tanaka.

So, is it Scarpa or Strongbow Jr.? If it's an older guy, it's Scarpa. If it's a younger guy, it's Strongbow Jr. Here is a screenshot of Jay Strongbow Jr. from a few years later in Herb Abrams' UWF.
