V kouzelném údolí obklopeném Alpami leží malá vesnička Schladerbach, která ukrývá velké tajemství. Tři stopy pod zemí tu bydlí malí skřítkové. Jsou moc milí a také velmi legrační. Jen hodný děda může skřítky vidět a má mezi nimi i nejlepšího kamaráda Kejcháčka. Jednoho dne ale jejich dosud poklidný život naruší nečekaná hrozba. Kejcháček musí pomoci zachránit dědečkovu farmu, jinak všichni přijdou o střechu nad hlavou. MALÍ SKŘÍTKOVÉ VĚDÍ JAK VÁS ROZESMÁT!

In the Bavarian village of Schladerbach, the kobold Hatschipuh and his comrades live, of whose existence only Grandpa Reiter is aware. When the building constructor Lederer builds himself a new mansion, the subterranean settlement of the kobolds gets destroyed, and Grandpa Reiter sees himself forced to move them into his barn. But this abode as well is soon threatened: Since the farm is no longer profitable, Father Reiter plans to sell it…

Im bayerischen Dorf Schladerbach leben der Kobold Hatschipuh und seine Genossen, von deren Existenz nur Opa Reiter weiß. Als sich Bauunternehmer Lederer eine neue Villa erichten lässt, wird die unterirdische Siedlung der Kobolde zerstört und Opa Reiter sieht sich gezwungen, sie in der Scheune einzuquartieren. Doch auch dieses Domizil wird bald bedroht: Da sich der Hof nicht mehr lohnt, plant Vater Reiter, ihn zu verkaufen und in die Stadt zu ziehen...
