The Lost Letter tells the tale of a young boy as he prepares his neighbourhood for Christmas. That is until he confronts the one lady who doesn't want the holiday to come at all. The determined boy does all he can to bring colour to her dreary world, only to discover the truth behind her lack of Christmas spirit.

Weihnachten steht vor der Tür und Henry hat zwei wichtige Missionen: er muss die festliche Dekoration des ganzen Dorfes auf Vordermann bringen, damit der Weihnachtsmann auch wirklich in sein Dorf kommt. Und er muss seinen Wunschzettel auf den Weg zum Weihnachtsmann bringen - denn nur er kann Henry seinen sehnlichsten Wunsch erfüllen. Als Henry glaubt, dass das Dorf nun bereit für das Weihnachtsfest ist, stößt er auf das alte Herrenhaus von Ms. Broome.
